新京报贝壳财经讯 10月8日，格力电器公告，公司此前审议通过回购方案，回购资金总额不低于人民币50亿元(含)且不超过人民币100亿元(含)，回购价格上限调整为54.55元/股；回购股份不低于70%用于注销并减少注册资本，剩余不超过30%用于员工持股计划或股权激励。截至2026年9月30日，公司累计回购2831.98万股，支付总金额10.83亿元(不含交易费用)。
