格隆汇10月8日丨李子园(605337.SH)公布，公司独立董事肖作平目前正接受纪律审查和监察调查，所涉案件与公司无关。肖作平自2024年7月任公司独立董事，现为第四届董事会独立董事并任审计委员会主任委员及提名委员会委员，不参与日常经营管理，其无法履职不会对公司经营产生重大影响。公司将尽快遴选新任独立董事。
