【中国旺旺：10月8日回购258.4万股股份】 中国旺旺公告称，公司于2026年10月8日在香港联交所回购普通股258.4万股，每股回购价区间为2.725港元-2.755港元，付出总金额705.51万港元，所购股份拟注销。本次回购股份占事件前已发行股份的0.0221%。公司回购授权于2026年8月25日获通过，授权可回购股份总数为11.74亿股，截至本次回购，累计已回购8172.4万股，占授权日已发行股份的0.6963%。回购后新股发行等事项暂止期至2026年11月7日。
