10月8日，旷达科技（002516.SZ）公告称，公司2026年7月13日审议通过回购股份方案，拟使用自有资金以集中竞价方式回购股份用于股权激励或员工持股计划，回购金额不低于5000万元且不超过1亿元，回购价格不超过8.78元/股，回购期限为董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。截至2026年9月30日，公司累计回购股份1186.65万股，占总股本的0.8068%，最高成交价5.39元/股，最低成交价4.98元/股，成交总金额6115.98万元（不含交易费用）。
