坤集团有限公司公告称，联交所上市委员会于2026年9月25日决定根据《上市规则》第6.01(4)条取消公司股份上市地位，自2026年10月13日上午9时起生效。公司股份自2026年7月24日起已暂停买卖，上市委员会认为公司被施加的制裁已严重损害其业务营运、财务状况及履行财务汇报责任的能力，公司不再适合上市。
