10月8日，欣贺股份（003016.SZ）公告，公司此前审议通过吸收合并全资子公司欣贺茂宜服饰（厦门）有限公司的议案；近日，公司收到厦门市同安区市场监督管理局《登记通知书》，欣贺茂宜已完成相关登记手续，独立法人资格依法注销，本次吸收合并事项已办理完成。
