10月8日，马士基宣布，由于中东冲突持续导致燃油成本上涨，公司将上调紧急燃油附加费（EFS）。新费率将适用于所有出口提货和进口送货业务，并于10月12日起由现行水平上调至20%。马士基表示，相关附加费将持续定期评估，并根据燃油价格变化适时调整。
