女友身体不好，需频繁就医，热门专家号源紧张，挂号屡屡落空。为帮女友，程序员男友周铭（化名）编写“抢号软件”抢号。据长江日报报道，10月6日，记者从湖北今天律师事务所钱谦良律师处获悉，二人因破坏计算机信息系统罪双双获刑。
A programmer in Wuhan and his girlfriend have both been convicted of destroying computer information systems after he wrote a "ticket-grabbing" program to help her secure scarce specialist hospital appointments, which was later used to book slots for paying clients and ultimately crashed the hospital's registration system.
周铭计算机专业毕业后，在武汉一家企业担任程序员。女友王琳（化名）常年需要到医院就诊，专家号一经放出便“秒无”，王琳于是向男友求助。周铭很快写出抢号小程序。钱谦良律师介绍，该程序模拟点击抢号按键，人手一秒最多点击六七下，小程序一秒可点击千余次，抢号成功率很高。
The man, surnamed Zhou, worked as a programmer at a Wuhan company after graduating in computer science. His girlfriend, surnamed Wang, needed frequent hospital visits, but specialist appointments were snapped up almost instantly when released. Zhou wrote a small program that simulated clicking the booking button — while a person can click six or seven times per second at most, the program could click over a thousand times per second, greatly improving the chances of success.
依靠程序，王琳顺利挂上专家号。有熟人得知后向其打听挂号办法，二人商量后，免费帮几名熟人抢号。后续求助者越来越多，不少是省内其他市州的患者，二人便开始收费帮人抢号。
After Wang secured appointments with the program, acquaintances asked about the method. The couple agreed to help several of them for free, but as more requests came in — many from patients in other cities — they began charging for the service.
2024年7月5日7时许，周铭与另外三名使用同类抢号软件人员（另案处理）同时抢号，造成武汉某医院挂号系统瘫痪，无法正常预约挂号，医院随即报警。同年8月8日，二人被抓获，现场查获手机6部、电脑2台、账本1本。经查，周铭靠抢号共获利12900元。
On the morning of July 5, 2024, Zhou and three others using similar programs — handled in separate cases — simultaneously attempted to grab appointments, causing a Wuhan hospital's registration system to crash and preventing normal bookings. The hospital called the police. The couple was arrested on Aug 8, 2024, with six phones, two computers, and an account book seized. Zhou had earned 12,900 yuan from the scheme.
2025年7月16日，武汉某区法院审理认定，周铭、王琳构成破坏计算机信息系统罪。法院判处周铭有期徒刑十二个月；王琳系从犯，获有期徒刑十个月，缓刑一年。
On July 16, 2025, a district court in Wuhan found Zhou and Wang guilty of destroying computer information systems. Zhou was sentenced to 12 months in prison; Wang, as an accomplice, received 10 months with a one-year reprieve.
