【泡泡玛特：摩根大通发行挂钩公司股份认购权证】 泡泡玛特公告称，J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V.发行挂钩公司港元普通股的欧式现金结算认购认股权证（证券代号：18050），发行规模7000万份，每份发行价0.150港元，行使价202.220港元，每80份认股权证对应1股股份权益，上市日期为2026年10月7日，到期日为2027年4月13日。该认股权证由摩根大通银行无条件不可撤销担保，仅可于到期日自动行使，若到期时平均价高于行使价，持有人可获相应现金结算金额，反之将损失全部投资。
