（财见 2026年10月03日讯）SWI Capital Holding Ltd. 宣布其董事会及审计委员会成员调整。董事会已任命 Ido Shavit 为公司独立非执行董事，自 2026 年 9 月 30 日起生效。Shavit 先生的任期将持续至公司下一届年度股东大会，届时，其连任事宜将根据公司章程提交股东表决。
Jean-Pierre Verlaine 将辞去董事职务，并相应卸任审计委员会委员，自 2026 年 9 月 30 日起生效。Verlaine 先生同时也是 Engelwood Group 的受益所有人兼负责人。Engelwood Group 是卢森堡一家受监管的投资管理机构，管理证券化载体及其他资产隔离载体，其中部分载体与本集团保持业务往来。Verlaine 先生离任后，现任董事 Fernando Bolivar 已获任命为审计委员会委员，自 2026 年 9 月 30 日起生效。
