9月30日，中国科传（601858.SH）公告称，公司全资子公司原北京中科传媒有限公司已履行相关行政审批程序，正式更名为北京中科期刊出版传媒集团有限公司，并取得北京市丰台区市场监督管理局换发的营业执照。该子公司注册资本2亿元，为法人独资有限责任公司，法定代表人为张凡。截至公告披露日，原公司控股的多家子公司股权已全部划转至该子公司。
