据悉，边缘AI芯片公司 SiMa.ai 完成1.5亿美元C轮融资，估值达14.5亿美元，累计融资额升至5亿美元。本轮由 Fidelity Management and Research 与 Amplify Partners 联合领投，密歇根州政府、摩根大通、AllianceBernstein、Baron Capital、戴尔科技资本、Maverick Capital、Point72 Ventures、StepStone Group、Alter Venture Partners 等参投。资金将用于扩展面向物理AI的智能体软件环境 Palette Neat，并研发下一代专用硬件，算力目标为1000 TOPS，计划2028年上半年出货，覆盖中高端无人机、人形机器人、辅助驾驶与AI汽车座舱等场景。
