9月30日，财政部公布2026年第四季度超长期特别国债、中央金融机构注资特别国债、关键期限国债、超长期一般国债、短期国债、储蓄国债发行有关安排。
其中提到，财政部第四季度将发行三期超长期特别国债，期限分别为20年、30年和50年，招标日期都为10月；第四季度将发行两期中央金融机构注资特别国债，期限分别为5年和7年，招标日期分别为10月和11月。
