9月29日， 比亚迪股份有限公司在深交所发布公告：经审议，董事会同意选举王传福为公司第九届董事会董事长，任期三年，自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会任期届满为止。
此前，王传福担任比亚迪第八届董事会董事长和公司总裁。
