9月29日，和展能源（000809.SZ）公告称，公司下属全资子公司北京和展与珠海港昇签署《股权转让协议》，拟将持有的洁源风电100%股权转让给珠海港昇，转让价款为9462万元。本次交易完成后，洁源风电将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
