今年1至8月，兰州市新增灵活就业缴存人3369人，同比增长137.59％。
兰州公积金中心全面取消户籍、收入、社保证明等参缴限制，推行“零门槛”缴存模式，支持灵活就业人员根据自身收入情况动态调整月缴存额，且享有与单位缴存职工同等的公积金权益。
