据FaradayFuture消息，9月28日，Nasdaq上市公司AIxC（即将更名为FFR）宣布计划合并FF EAI Robotics。FFAI宣布重大战略升级，将升级成为Robotaxi+智舱共享运营商及Physical AI投资控股公司。FFAI已与上市公司AIxC签署Term Sheet，拟按照约2亿美元的市场化估值，将FFAI旗下机器人公司100%股权整合至AIxC，并以AIxC股份作为交易对价。另外，AIxC更名为 FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc.，股票代码变更为FFR，并于后天9月30日生效。
