9月28日，安阳钢铁（600569.SH）公告称，公司拟通过公开挂牌方式出售所持龙都公司34%股权，首次挂牌未征集到意向受让方，二次挂牌底价为9832.59万元，征集到意向受让方包头威丰，成交价为9832.59万元。2026年9月24日，交易双方完成产权交易合同签订。转让价款采用分期付款方式，首付款为股权转让价款的30%，剩余款项付款期限不超过1年。本次交易不构成关联交易及重大资产重组。
