9月28日，爱建集团（600643.SH）公告称，公司控股股东上海均瑶（集团）有限公司于2026年9月24日办理完成部分股份解除质押手续，本次解除质押股份1200万股，占其所持股份比例2.48%，占公司总股本比例0.75%。截至公告日，均瑶集团持有公司股份48333.34万股，占总股本30.34%；累计质押股份36391万股，占其所持股份75.29%，占公司总股本22.84%。本次解除质押的股份暂无后续质押计划。
