9月27日，石药景峰（000908）发布公告，公司董事会秘书郭策因个人原因申请辞职，之后仍在公司担任董事职务。
同时，公司召开董事会，聘任汤艳担任董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会换届之日止。
