9月20日，有网友社交平台发帖吐槽，在泡泡玛特官方旗舰店花费828元购入整套12个盲盒，拆盒后发现12个盲盒竟全部为同一个款式。针对此事，泡泡玛特客服回应称，一般情况下不会出现该类状况，此前也没有收到同类反馈，消费者可以联系客服更换。
