9月24日，航宇微（300053）发布公告，公司原财务总监张东辉因工作调整于2026年8月5日辞职，在新任财务总监正式聘任之前，董事、总经理颜志宇代行财务总监职责。
公司于2026年9月24日召开董事会，审议通过了聘任曾莹秋为财务总监的议案，任期自董事会通过之日起至第六届董事会届满。颜志宇将不再代行财务总监职责。
2026年中期，航宇微实现收入1.16亿元，归母净利润-4023万元。
