9月23日，国银金租（01606）发布公告，公司作为买方拟购买信息技术计算机设备，卖方为广东数寰智联科技有限公司，交易金额约64.84亿元。
交易完成后，公司将作为出租人与第三方承租人另行签订经营租赁合同，将采购标的以经营租赁模式出租给第三方承租人。
