“服务员不就是端茶送水吗？”这是李文涛经常听到的问题。 在世界技能大赛餐厅服务项目中，选手要在精致餐饮、宴会、咖啡、酒吧和休闲餐厅等场景间切换，既要摆台、上菜，也要制作咖啡和鸡尾酒、完成餐酒搭配并处理客人的临时需求。 为了服务好一桌客人，00后李文涛训练了近四年。
