9月21日晚，广州番禺区一辆汽车的行车记录仪拍到路边一棵树附近突然迸溅火花，网友怀疑树木遭到雷击。
9月22日，属地洛浦街道办城管赴现场检查后回应，初步查明系广告牌电缆短路引起火花。本次电缆短路未造成人员伤亡，事发区域无车辆或树木被引燃。
