【香港置业：首8个月香港二手公屋注册量达809宗 同比增加约16.2%】财联社9月22日电，香港置业研究部董事王品弟表示，据香港置业资料研究部综合土地注册处资料显示，今年首8个月香港录809宗二手公屋(包括已补地价的自由市场及未补地价的第二市场)注册，较去年同期的696宗增加约16.2%，创有纪录以来的同期次高。
