格隆汇9月22日丨同庆楼(605108.SH)公布，为增强合肥富凯的资本实力，优化其资本结构，公司拟以货币出资方式对合肥富凯增加投资10,000万元人民币，全部计入合肥富凯资本公积，不增加其注册资本。本次增资完成后，合肥富凯的注册资本仍为6,000万元，仍为公司全资子公司。
