9月22日，步步高（002251）发布公告，公司规划将步步高怀化新天地项目在建工程完工后的L4-L5层用于长期对外出租，拟计入投资性房地产。
该项目位于怀化市迎丰西路与人民南路交汇西南角，拟计入投资性房地产的物业面积为3.88万平方米，账面价值为3.4亿元。
2026年中期，步步高实现收入23.42亿元，归母净利润1.43亿元。
