世纪互联（VNET.O）发布公告，宣布的由PJ Millennium I Limited和PJ Millennium II Limited向Success Flow International Investment Limited和Choice Faith Group Holdings Limited购买公司合计6.5亿股的交易已完成交割。
两名买方均为PJ Millennium Limited Partnership的全资子公司，其普通合伙人为Lochpine BG I GP Limited，后者为Lochpine Capital Limited的全资子公司。而Lochpine Capital Limited为宁德时代（300750/03750）的非控制、非合并关联方。
交易完成后，根据截至2026年6月30日已发行的17.09亿股普通股计算，买方合计持有公司已发行和流通在外的普通股总数约38.1%。同时，公司与买方之间的投资者权利协议，以及买方、公司创始人兼执行主席陈升及关联投资公司的投票和联合体协议已生效。
