9月21日，青岛港（601298.SH）公告称，公司第五届董事会第九次会议审议通过相关议案，同意与山东港口青岛港集团有限公司签署股权转让协议，以经国资备案的资产评估报告确认价值为定价依据，以6838.27万元向其转让所持方舟智能港航口岸服务（青岛）有限公司55%股权。股权转让完成后，公司将不再持有该公司任何股权。本次表决关联董事已回避，4票同意、0票反对、0票弃权。
