人民财讯9月20日电，9月20日，投中嘉川发布2026年8月中国并购市场数据报告显示，2026年8月，中企并购市场披露预案共455笔并购交易，其中披露金额的有217笔，交易总金额为1229.95亿元，环比上升84.73%，同比下降59.42%。综合来看，交易金额结束了此前连续四个月的下滑态势，单笔交易体量显著抬升。
