9月19日，中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司党委副书记、总经理龚进峰在2026中国汽车产业发展（泰达）国际论坛上表示，当前世界经济复苏动能偏弱，地缘政治博弈持续深化，单边主义、保护主义明显抬头，全球产业链供应链加速重构，经贸规则体系加快分化重塑，全球产业竞争正处于百年未有之大变局下的关键十字路口。“技术壁垒、规则博弈、标准争夺已成为大国产业竞争的核心形态。”龚进峰称。
