9月19日，国海富兰克林基金发布基金经理变更公告，富兰克林国海全球科技互联混合型证券投资基金（QDII）美元现汇A发生基金经理离任。徐成自当日起不再担任该基金基金经理，公告未披露具体离任原因。现任基金经理狄星华继续管理该基金，本次变更不涉及增聘新任基金经理。
