一、羊肚菌板栗鸡汤

准备食材:鸡肉、板栗、山药、去核红枣、姜片。

做法步骤:

1、鸡肉剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、板栗去壳，然后和羊肚菌、去核红枣一起清洗干净倒入炖锅中，接着加入姜片和清水，再中小火炖煮一个小时。

3、把山药去皮清洗干净，再切成小块放入炖锅中继续炖煮。

4、继续炖煮一个小时后，然后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、五指毛桃海底椰鸡汤

准备食材:土鸡、玉米、海椰王、桂圆干、五指毛桃、红枣。

做法步骤:

1、土鸡剁成小块清洗好，然后和海椰王、桂圆干、五指毛桃、红枣、姜片一起放入炖锅中。

2、接着把玉米清洗干净切小块，再倒入炖锅中，然后加入姜片和适量的清水大火煮开。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

三、羊肚菌山药鸡汤

准备食材:羊肚菌、山药、去核红枣、鸡肉、姜片。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的鸡肉下锅焯水，接着加入姜片和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅。

2、山药去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着把羊肚菌和去核红枣清洗好，再和姜片一起放入。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，再隔水炖煮两个小时，然后放入食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

四、羊肚菌虫草花鸽子汤

准备食材:羊肚菌、虫草花、红枣、桂圆、鸽子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、鸽子剁成大块下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净羊肚菌、虫草花、红枣和桂圆，再和姜片一起放入炖锅中。

3、接着往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，隔水炖煮两个小时，再加入食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

五、黄芪当归乌鸡汤

准备食材:乌鸡、黄芪、当归、党参、红枣、枸杞子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、乌鸡剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净黄芪、当归、党参、红枣，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，接着往里加入适量的清水。

3、最后隔水炖煮两个小时，再撒入一把枸杞子点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

六、板栗猪骨汤

准备食材:板栗、猪骨、红枣、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、板栗去壳清洗干净，然后和红枣一起放入炖锅中，再加入姜片和清水大火煮开。

3、最后转中小火炖煮两个小时，接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、药膳玉竹母鸡汤

准备食材:母鸡、党参、黄芪、当归、麦冬、玉竹、去核红枣、枸杞子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、母鸡剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净红枣、玉竹、麦冬、当归、党参、黄芪，然后一起放入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，再隔水炖煮两个小时，然后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

八、鹿茸菇猪骨汤

准备食材:猪骨、鹿茸菇、姜片、葱段、枸杞子。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的猪骨下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净鹿茸菇，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，接着往里加入适量的清水，再大火煮开。

3、最后转中小火炖煮两个小时，然后加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把枸杞子点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
