9月18日，中科软（603927）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议审议，同意聘任蔡宏担任公司董事会秘书，任期至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
蔡宏，1970年5月出生，2003年12月加入公司，历任部门副经理、经理；2017年5月至今，担任公司董事会秘书。
2026年中期，中科软实现收入24.36亿元，归母净利润9034万元。
