9月18日，实益达（002137）发布公告，控股股东、董事陈亚妹在2026年9月8日至2026年9月16日期间，通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份578万股，约占公司总股本的1%。本次权益变动后，公司控股股东、董事陈亚妹持有公司股份1.72亿股，约占公司总股本的29.87%。控股股东及其一致行动人持股比例由41.80%下降至40.80%。
2026年中期，实益达实现收入3.62亿元，归母净利润3203万元。
