【金地商置：2026年上半年营收11.22亿元 同比降82.64%】 金地商置公告称，2026年上半年实现营业收入11.22亿元，同比下降82.64%；归属于公司所有者的净亏损11.16亿元，同比扩大10.73%。业绩下滑主要因国内房地产市场持续放缓及购房能力不足，物业交付结转收入显著下降。截至2026年6月30日，公司总借款216.36亿元，较2025年末增加1.16亿元，净负债率升至133%。
