9月17日，赤峰市林西县20名由环卫工人、快递外卖骑手代表组成的文明监督员，在学府社区情暖城南驿站正式受聘上岗。今后他们将针对井盖松动、垃圾满溢等城市问题随手拍摄、及时上报，成为城市文明建设的“流动探头”。
