北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）9月17日晚间，祥鑫科技（002965）披露公告称，公司终止收购苏州酷尔芯科技有限公司（以下简称"酷尔芯"）51%股权事项。
公告显示，祥鑫科技原拟通过现金收购与增资相结合的方式，取得酷尔芯51%的股权。
对于终止原因，祥鑫科技表示，交易双方未能就交易相关的关键条款达成一致意见，决定终止本次股权收购事项。
