瓦轴B9月17日公告，公司收到深交所《关于同意受理瓦房店轴承股份有限公司股票终止上市申请的函》，深交所正式受理公司股票终止上市申请。此前，公司因要约收购完成后社会公众持股比例低于10%，股权分布已不具备上市条件，于2026年9月14日提交终止上市申请。
