9月17日，安道麦A（000553/200553）发布公告，公司召开会议，选举Gaël Ali Hili为公司第十届董事会董事长。
同时，Gaël Ali Hili因先正达集团工作安排，特辞去公司总裁兼首席执行官（公司法定代表人）职务。且公司召开董事会，决定聘任郝志刚为总裁兼首席执行官。
2026年中期，安道麦A实现收入144.77亿元，归母净利润4.33亿元。
