9月17日，中国旺旺（00151）发布公告，公司回购股份97万股，回购价格在2.79港元至2.84港元之间，合计付出金额为274万港元。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为11.74亿股，已回购股份4833万股，约占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.41%。
