*ST康佳A公告称，公司拟以股东会决议方式主动终止A、B股上市并转入退市板块，该事项已经2026年第二次临时股东会审议通过，公司股票自2026年9月4日开市起连续停牌。公司将向符合条件的股东派发现金选择权，A股行权价2.48元/股，B股行权价0.73港币/股，每1股对应1份现金选择权，行权比例1:1。A股股权登记日为2026年9月22日，B股股权登记日为2026年9月28日，申报期另行公告，未行权的现金选择权到期将注销。
