9月17日，财闻海外资讯援引路透社报道，俄罗斯国家能源控股公司InterRAO于7月被列入欧盟第21套对俄制裁名单，欧盟称此举旨在向俄关键基础设施施压。不过，尽管面临制裁，公司董事会成员Alexandra Panina表示，InterRAO在1至8月期间的电力出口与同期相比仍保持大致平稳。
作为俄罗斯唯一的电力出口商，InterRAO目前的主要出口市场为哈萨克斯坦。Panina早前曾表示，公司计划将2026年电力出口维持在2025年的水平，2025年出口总量为74.35亿千瓦时。
