9月16日，据报道，三星电子计划将新增的传统内存模组产能全部交由封装测试（OSAT）合作伙伴扩充，重点生产用于PC、服务器和笔记本电脑的DDR5内存模组及固态硬盘（SSD），自身产能则集中于高带宽内存（HBM）等高价值产品。
