今年4月，全国首个面向“AI超级个体人才”的模数OPC社区在北京经济技术开发区正式投入运营。与传统孵化器以提供办公场地为主的模式不同，该社区构建起空间载体、政务服务、算力支持、订单导入、信用兜底一体化培育体系，实现创业扶持从“给空间”向“给服务、给算力、给订单”的系统性升级，为青年独立开发者打造全链条、低成本、可落地的AI创业新生态。
