每经AI快讯，9月15日，华立股份(603038.SH)公告称，安徽洪典与海南钧合签署股份转让协议，拟以14.57元/股的价格协议转让1370.25万股公司股份(占总股本5.10%)，转让总价款为1.996亿元。本次权益变动后，海南钧合持股比例升至5.10%，安徽洪典持股比例降至19.90%。本次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
