【康宁杰瑞生物制药：9月15日回购12.2万股普通股】 康宁杰瑞生物制药公告称，2026年9月15日公司回购122,000股普通股，拟持作库存股份，每股回购价7.929港元，占事件前已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.0126%。本次回购所用回购授权于2026年6月12日通过，授权可回购股份总数为96,850,669股；截至本次回购，累计已回购1,467,000股，占授权通过日已发行股份（不含库存股）的0.1515%。回购后30天内暂止新股发行及库存股出售转让，暂止期至2026年10月15日。
