【海螺环保：9月15日回购11.9万股H股股份】 海螺环保公告称，公司于2026年9月15日通过香港联交所回购119,000股普通股H股，每股回购价区间为3.90港元-3.97港元，付出总金额469,482.5港元。本次回购股份拟注销，截至期末尚未注销。本次回购依据2026年6月25日通过的回购授权实施，该授权可回购股份总数为71,068,930股，截至目前已累计回购3,548,000股，占授权通过日已发行股份的0.4992%。本次回购后新股发行等事项暂止期至2026年10月15日。
