9月15日，贵州燃气（600903）发布公告，公司拟发行股份购买贵州页岩气勘探开发有限责任公司100%股权，并向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。
此次交易已获得贵州省国资委批复，同意本次资产重组项目和重组方案。但交易方案尚需公司股东会审议批准，并经有关主管部门批准、核准、注册后方可正式实施。
2026年中期，贵州燃气实现收入32.76亿元，归母净利润6582万元。
